These terms cover iconikschools.com, run by Iconik School Photography (“Iconik”, “we”): your account and My Codes, the help chat, our office phone line and its automated phone assistant, and the text messages it sends. By using them you agree to these terms. Ordering pictures happens in our online picture store, which has its own terms.
Text messages (Iconik phone texts)
- What they are: when you call our office line, our automated phone assistant can text you the picture online code it found for your child (or your own code, for staff and coaches). That is the only text we send — no marketing or promotional messages.
- How you agree: the assistant asks, “Would you like me to text that code to the number you’re calling from? It’s a one-time text.” We text only if you clearly say yes, and only to the number you are calling from.
- How often: one message per request (or a few, if you asked for several codes), sent once, during your call. No recurring messages.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Iconik does not charge for the text.
- Stop and help: reply STOP to any of our texts and we will not text that number again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us (below).
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See Text Messages for a sample message.
Online codes
An online code opens a child’s pictures in our picture store. Codes are given out only to the person asking for them — the help chat and the phone assistant ask your name and how you’re related to the student before sharing one. Please use a code only for pictures you are entitled to see and order, and don’t share it publicly. Our pictures are protected by copyright; removing watermarks or copying pictures without buying them is not allowed.
Your account, the help chat and our phone line
Keep your account’s sign-in to yourself. The help chat and the phone assistant are automated and can make mistakes; for anything important, or if something looks wrong, our office will help. Calls are recorded, as the assistant tells you when it answers. Please don’t use the chat, the phone line or the website to try to get someone else’s codes or information.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep, why, who sees it and for how long. We don’t share or sell your phone number.
